Presentation Agent

AI that builds polished presentations in minutes. Describe your message and get a complete slide deck with smart layouts, data visualizations, and on-brand design — no design skills needed.

Presentation Agent builds polished slide decks from a text description in minutes. Describe your message — 'a 10-slide Series A pitch deck' or 'a quarterly board update with our latest metrics' — and get a complete presentation with smart layouts, data visualizations, and consistent on-brand design. You can iterate on individual slides, swap templates, and export to PowerPoint, PDF, or a shareable link. Built for operator founders who don't have a designer on staff and are tired of spending Sunday nights wrestling with Google Slides when they should be running the company. Currently in development; request beta access to get notified when it launches.

Generate a pitch deck for a fundraise

  1. 1Describe your deck in a few sentences: stage, ask, key metrics, and the story you want to tell.
  2. 2Review the generated deck — 10–15 slides covering problem, solution, traction, team, and ask.
  3. 3Edit the 2–3 slides that need tweaking (your specific metrics, team photos, competitive landscape).
  4. 4Export as PDF for email or PowerPoint for in-person presentations.

Create a quarterly board update

  1. 1Tell Presentation Agent to generate a board update with your latest financial and product metrics.
  2. 2It pulls relevant data from connected Starch apps (Runway Analysis, Growth Analyst) if available.
  3. 3Add any narrative slides about wins, risks, and asks for the quarter.
  4. 4Share via link with board members or export to PDF for the meeting.
"Create a 10-slide pitch deck for our Series A"
"Turn this quarterly report into a board presentation"
"Add a slide comparing our pricing tiers"
"Redesign this deck to match our brand guidelines"
"Generate a sales deck from our product one-pager"
When does Presentation Agent launch?
Currently in development. Request beta access at starch.site and we will notify you when it is available. We are building this based on real operator founder feedback — if you have specific needs, tell us during the beta signup.
How good do the presentations actually look?
Clean and professional — think modern startup pitch deck, not clip art. The layouts follow current design conventions: lots of white space, readable typography, and data visualizations that make sense. They won't win a design award, but they're significantly better than what most founders produce in Google Slides.
Can I customize the slides after they're generated?
Yes. You can edit text, swap images, adjust layouts, and change colors on any slide. The AI generates the first draft; you refine from there. Most people edit 2–3 slides out of 10.
Does it pull in real data?
If you describe metrics or data in your prompt, it generates charts and tables. It can also pull data from other Starch apps — like revenue charts from Runway Analysis or growth metrics from Growth Analyst — if you're connected to those.
Can I keep my decks on-brand?
Yes. You set brand colors, fonts, and logo once, and every generated deck follows those guidelines. The templates stay consistent across your team.
What export formats are available?
PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, and shareable web link. The PowerPoint export is fully editable in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides if you want to keep working in those tools.
How is this different from Canva or Beautiful.ai?
Canva is a general design tool — powerful but you still build slide by slide. Beautiful.ai has smart layouts but you still start from a blank deck. Presentation Agent starts from a text description and generates the complete deck. The value is in the first draft: instead of building 10 slides, you're editing 2–3.
